Encourage State governments to implement a Department of Government Efficiency

For many US government agencies there are state agency counterparts. For instance for Ohio, there is an Ohio EPA, Ohio EMA, Ohio Department of Heath, etc. The US Department of Government Efficiency should provide outreach and work with States to implement state level department counterparts.
