We should form small groups in local regions of our top 3% IQ-Mensa minds. Get think tanks of ppl from all industries and walks of life together to solve problems. The gifted are not living up to their potential most of the time. We must place them in areas to make the biggest difference with their extraordinary abilities. We need to find these gifted kids and get them all the tools they need to succeed. We could have 1000 Elon’s in a few years. We must look to those who have evolved to lead.
This can be expanded across the globe. It can help with AI and fixing the bad programming so it becomes a beneficial tool without bias.

High IQ isn’t the only type of “smart”. High IQ and mental instability often go hand in hand. Of course, we don’t want idiots running the country either.
I think EQ is necessary as well as high IQ.
I simply feel our talented young people are not prepared properly for their gifts. They quickly become cogs in the machines of capitalism rather than being innovative for the greater good.
We need special schools for them.
