It makes zero sense, that the moment of death, allows the government double-dip taxation on post tax cash. Have we no shame?? At a rate of 40% when your estate is over the limit, it is an absolute robbery. Regardless of the limit number, you are robbing the lineage of fruit the ancestors acquired because government truly fears dynastic power!! It wants us, weak, fragile, and broke, and most importantly, it wants us to eventually be totally dependent. Sickening.
