Parents of children born on American Soil to non citizens ( mother or Father) must submit the following
- Their own Social Security Numbers
- Legal Visa Status in United Status
- Submit Social Security Numbers of parents
Create a new Federal Level Citizenship Certificate like the naturalization Certificate to have a US passport issued. This certificate can only be issued by Federal level government and State Birth Certificate will be null and void for Passport Issuance
Passport must only be issued based on a Federal Level Citizenship Certificate instead of State Birth Certificate
