Eliminate Deceptive Company Charges

Over the years lower income families have fallen victim to subscriptions, sales scams and companies that use hidden or fine print structures in sales transactions to take advantage of people. Many times it comes back to bite these people because they don’t take 2 hours to read a lengthy contract. Some of these hidden fees are in early cancelation charges, interest or added fees. We need to hold these companies responsible and have them pay back all deceptive funds that where charged to unexpecting customers and/or shut down their operations. It’s time to help small honest companies grow and establish consequences for deceptive business practices. All cancelation fees, extra fees, interest and the like should be required to be put forth as a verbal up-front mention during sales transaction up to at least 2 to 3 times, and have a short line on cantracts with a required signature for that specifically.
