Eliminate Chem Trails

I have placed a complaint with the Georgia Department of Environmental Quality to eliminate chem trails from being sprayed over my land from high-altitude aircraft. The chemicals they are using include, but are not limited to nano particle barium, aluminum, and sulfur and this causes the atmosphere above my home to be gray.
