Many of these were in the bipartisan Carer-Baker Commission Report.

  1. National Voter ID with proof of US citizenship. A Real ID Drivers License or passport is fine.
  2. No ballot harvesting
  3. No paid/non-government voter registration
  4. National Law requiring only citizens are able to be on voter rolls.
  5. Required clean voter rolls.
  • If a new state resident obtains an ID or Drivers License, the new state must report the move to the former state.
  • Death Certificates must be sent to the board of elections
  • States MUST maintain clean voter rolls or lose federal funding.
