Teacher need better pay and better benefits.

Student loan forgiveness, especially for teacher( that don’t make a lot).

Teaching life skills in school. This is very important as children do not know how to do the basic things in life………… changing tires, oil, learn how taxes work, how interest rates work, how to wash clothes, iron, starch, sew, cook, etc.

The right for teachers to carry in school. This could be optional as well. Monthly health and placement checks could be put into place. ( what ever details need to be put in place for ultimate safety for this). If more people knew that the likely hood of getting fired at first …… will eliminate a lot of this school shooting issues… no one will want to walk into a 12 on 1 gun fight.
