My doctors have told me that I can’t work and I have little work experiences due to family stuff.
HOWEVER, I have been fighting with getting disability for what feels like forever.
I have severe anxiety, depression, ptsd, degenerating discs, chronic migraines, fibromyalgia, arthritis, etc.
I just had the hearing with the judge a couple months ago and he basically blew me and my doctors off; only taking what the federal doctors said. Which was that I was able to work an 8 hr shift, with breaks every 2 hrs… I was basically told I was too young, not disabled enough, or some other BS.
I REALLY wish it was easier to get disability for those of us under 50.
My point to this is that it should be a little easier for those of us that are disabled and can prove that we’re disabled shouldn’t have to jump through so many hoops and red tape.
Especially if our doctors are vouching for us that we are in fact disabled.
