All employees that are hired no matter the size of the company MUST be E-verified.
If a company hires a unamerican or someone that does not have a work permit shall be fined 10% of the companies gross income.
If a company hires a unamerican or someone that does not have a work permit for the second time is fined 20% of their gross income.
If a company hires a unamerican or someone that does not have a work permit for the third time is fined 20% of their gross income and jailed for up to 6 moths.
If a company hires a unamerican or someone that does not have a work permit for the forth time is fined 30% of their gross income and up to 3 years in jail.
This will help keep jobs open to ONLY Americans and not those who are unauthorized to work in the U.S.
Every state and companies will be required to use E-Verify for their hiring practices or face penalties.
