All prisons, state and Federal, have major problems with drones dropping contraband onto their yards for inmate retrieval. Drugs being the major problem. Why doesn’t the prisons have covered yards. It would cost 
to do that but would reduce the amount of guards required on the yard and would prevent anything from landing on the yard. Something needs to be done. In some prisons there are major drug problems.
