Dismantle the USDA and FDA

All USDA and FDA offices and personnel should be decentralized and placed under the authority of the counties they are currently in. Eliminate redundancy, empower local counties and cities to once again enforce their local ordinances and municipal codes.

Counties, cities and local jurisdictions should be named as lien holders on lands for any outstanding federal loans or obligations owed and receive any outstanding loan payments and agreement obligations. Return all federally owned lands to each county or local jurisdiction. All federally owned property foreclosures or regulatory seizues should be deeded to the jurisdiction it is in.

Any federal funds for local food programs should go directly to the local jurisdiction. They can purchase local food and promote local businesses and food banks.

Make a provision that prevents working at FDA/USDA then finding an industry job and later trying to move back into the FDA/USDA. (Deep state relies on an ‘inside’ class of people moving back and forth between regulators and those regulated.)

Too broad.

Yes on dismantle USDA and FDA.

No on your land proposals. Too complicated to get into.

There should be no federal funds for local food programs. Charity is the responsibility of the family and the church, not the government. Food programs tend to make available only the most unhealthy food.

The FDA and USDA are unhelpful. Companies pay them off to get what they want and is another way for the rich to get richer and to poison our food, water, and other consumables.
