Discrimination on Job applications

I believe that the only thing that should be ask on an application is are you a US citizen. Race should not be there. Male and female should only be there if it involves a job that is wouldn’t be right for a man to work with women or women to work with men. Such as cleaning a locker room or something like that. If you are a 90 pound female and wish to be a roofer and can do the job, then it should be yours. If you are a 300 pound man with tattoos and wish to be a secretary and you meet the qualifications, then the job should be yours. Race should never be on the table. We are all Americans!
