It is simple…Disband and/or Overhaul all federal agencies unless they are in our Constitution, then any Agency could become a States Issue as our Founding Fathers intended them to be…

To improve governance, it’s critical to reduce the size of government while enhancing its efficiency…A smaller government, with streamlined functions, is less prone to generating unnecessary rules and regulations…

Disband them all except Border Patrol. Make it its own agency not under the auspices of the DHS, which should be disbanded. Border Patrol could be given the authority to not only physically patrol the border but keeping out spies, both physical and digital spying. That’s it. No spying on other countries or supporting coups or installing new governments. Just keep out the bad guys. We don’t even need a standing military, just reserves which could be our state national guards.
