Development/ stop urban sprawl!

Sticking to the comprehensive plan in rural areas is a must! No compromise!!! Cattlemen and farmers are being pushed out of counties because of taxes. Homes and low lying areas that have been designated rural for a reason. Low density areas, farm use is just a way of life for all life to enjoy. Stop mass development zero lot line housing in low density areas. Big developers buy out large chunks of land from cattlemen and farmers using thier landholders rights at the local bcc to change the comprehensive plan or sue the township or city to change the density. These developers are buying the land, building and renting the houses. This needs to stop immediately. Developers, Universities, Churches, non-profit and other organizations are all using “Contiguous” to fight against the people not caring that theyre rasing property taxes and water levels on people while crowding them in on old wore out infrastructure with 50+ year old us gov water plants and bottle neck roads that are out dated with poor planning. Changing the comp plan from Ag to R1 or business district for more pork fat tax is wrong in all cases for local or at the federal level. This doesn’t do anything but make America and import nation with no cattle or farmland to produce goods. Make these developers buy in the business or high density districts that are already designated for high density. Thank you!!
