Foreign Aid Immigration Funding Reform

To expedite resettlement of persons incarcerated in the United States pending deportation the US will direct foreign aid funds be used to build detention centers in respective countries. Individuals will be identified and sent to respective detention center in their country of origin. Savings from such will be returned to the detaining country.
