Deport all illegal aliens

Deport any illegal Alien with a criminal record first. Give all immigration powers to every sworn police officer in America. Start deporting every illegal alien. All of the vehicles they own, the police department shall seize them and sell the vehicles to citizens for 1/10 of the price. The departments can use the little money for more training. Everything else the illegals leave behind can be used for our homeless veterans and single mothers first, then we go from there.

I would personally become a deputized deporter if it were allowed.

I think you had a good idea with the compensation, because no taking without compensation is in our laws. They have violated our territory and our people’s territory, and gained from it, so you could consider that as graft and the selling of their assets below market value as being a punishment, but it would be difficult to make the populace swallow.

Deportations must be targeted. You don’t knock over the anthill, you dig it up.

The largest centers/states for illegal immigrants need targeting first. I agree with some kind of punishment. If there’s punishment for a large swath of them, it might convince the others to leave before they’re caught.

I say 1 year in prison, then all their assets sold and they receive 50% of the value, and then deported.

Immigration has destroyed the American dream, plain and simple. The number of illegal immigrants as well as the insane number of legal immigrants coming in to the country every year has caused a severe housing shortage. This has caused the cost of buying and renting to soar to completely unaffordable rates. All Americans should have the opportunity of home ownership. Someone earning 40-50k a year should be able to buy a home. All illegals should be deported! Cut all benefits going to illegals, deport the criminals first, and then deport ALL illegals. Cut the number of legal immigrants, and go to merit based. Also, all should be required to assimilate. Housing prices cannot come down until mass deportation is done, corporations like Blackrock are banned/limited to owning residential property, and home ownership is limited to American citizens only. The American dream should be available and affordable for our children and grandchildren.

When you bring up jailing them, you have to think about who is paying for them being jailed. Us the taxpayer! Who pays for them to be on trial, again us the taxpayers.

Jail, like for all criminals, separates them from friends and family and that is the only pain we’re allowed to give to people, that and the prison soap jokes. If corporal punishment were allowed, we could brand them and then send them back.

I would make a distinction between those who illegally entered (all of whom should be deported, yesterday), and those who have overstayed legally obtained visas or other official papers (who, as long as there was paperwork filed and being processed, should be allowed to stay until the paperwork is either updated or rejected).

What if all deportation costs and resulting legal fees were charged back to the individuals home country that they departed from/would return to as part of our updated foreign policy? This would seem to be a deterrent for some countries as well to not promote or encourage them to come in the first place.

Oh, yeah, because the Islamic Middle East will totally pay up…

(I like the idea, not sure it is feasible)

Ready to cripple the Democratic Party through a deportation policy? If so, this post is written for you.

It seems the Republican Party leadership is overlooking a clear path to electoral dominance for years, if not decades. Here’s the strategy:

  1. Republicans—both politicians and voters—largely aim to curb illegal immigration.
  2. Democrats, on the other hand, are divided. While their politicians often support illegal immigration, many of their voters, once informed of the real impact, tend to oppose it.
  3. Republicans can exploit this divide. Here’s how. When Trump and Vance are inaugurated in January, they should announce deportations but limit them to “red” cities and communities within “red” states.

This strategy creates two strong incentives:

a. Illegals will voluntarily move out of red communities and into blue ones, thus reducing their own deportation risk. A simple Trump announcement, paired with a few real deportations, will show that this is no bluff, effectively solving the issue for red communities.

b. Voters who want illegal immigrants removed will be incentivized to vote Republican to secure red leadership at both the state and local levels. Having a red governor and mayor will become the key to removing illegal immigrants from their communities.

This creates a powerful momentum: Republicans can grow their voter base as red states clean up their communities, while the financial strain on blue sanctuary areas steadily increases. Eventually, even Democratic strongholds will be forced to reconsider, pulling the Republican lever, possibly for the first time in their lives.

If executed perfectly, Republicans could not only weaken but potentially dismantle the Democratic Party. And what a reward that would be!

We just need a name for this policy: “Red States First” fits the bill.

Thoughts? Pushback? Feel free to share.

Your idea may shock some, but I approve of it. It hits the nail squarely on the head.

I like the logic of the concept, but what happens if a country says they are unwilling to pay? Do we withhold foreign aid for those nations who already receive it? And what about those to whom we send no foreign aid?

It would definately take some creativity for those nations. If it can’t be done by withholding foreign aid, possibly have this managed at the UN level, or maybe handled through tariffs and limitations on those countries exports. Open to other ideas/thoughts of course.

Increasing tariffs seems promising.

If the illegals leave voluntarily, let them take the vehicles they own and their possessions. But, if they are arrested and forcibly deported, then they forfeit their belongings.

Eventually, we will need to reconcile the population that has been brought to the US through the implementation of the 1965 Hart-Celler Act. We must also address the subversive Communists that instigated this slow invasion.

Among the most criminal and violent of illegal aliens, before deporting them they should be intterogated thouroughly by a new uncorrupted law enforcement agency. Whatever agency that will be. Gather as much intel from the violators as you can and use that to uncover more any criminal collaborative activity commited knowlingly by stateside actors. Include within the interrogation, a set of questions for each illegal that will accurately estimate the amount of arressts they accrued while staying illegally within the USA, resources they were gifted by local bureaucrats who instructed personnel to aid them and register them as voters and any “legal” assistance they received.

I would like to see articles on how other countries are doing it. I know some have started. Somewhere I read that Sweden is paying them to leave voluntarily. Here are a few thoughts. First of all don’t rush. It creates panic. Start with criminals and clean out our jails. Provide no lawyers and do not allow any lawyers for representation. While doing this, do not target another group. One thing at a time. If the criminals have families, deport family members at the same time. Please do not provide phone numbers for citizens to call and report suspected illegals. Sounds too much like the Nazis. I think I will save more thoughts for another post as the issue of removing benefits will be tricky. I am the daughter of a legal immigrant from Sicily. He came with nothing, received no benefits and made a life. It is one thing to receive people into your country and quite another to expect the hard working taxpayer to support them.

I would go a step further and suggest that ALL real estate should be owned solely by American citizens (would need to really think if people with dual citizenship should qualify, as their loyalty might not be to the U.S.).

It’s a matter of national security and economics. We would have to contend with those who want foreign ownership of U.S. land because they can sell their properties for ever-higher prices. But I would argue that this is precisely why we need to restrict all real estate ownership to citizens.

Hello:

If an illegal immigrant, at no fault of their own due to the Biden/Harris letdown of border security, came into the country since 2021 and has rooted themselves in the US with a job, has no criminal record, and has proven to be looking for prosperity and nothing else - would you be okay with them staying?

And, yes, any illegal immigrant with a criminal record should be deported and banned from traveling to this country.

Legally or illegally.

Grateful into you.

MAGA MAHA!

God Bless,

John German
