Please change the default one screw to top all time instead of past month. Or, allow the user to change this in settings.

Huh?
I like the website the way it is. Streight to the current day policies made and to the point. No home page is needed. Once you put a home page and an immediate mandatory sign in, you lose the credible desire to post policies.
As for the description, please be more specific and explain yourself. It look like a bot post. Lol
