Declare SJP a terror organization

I would like to propose a policy that declares National Students for Justice in Palestine (SJP) and its chapters a national terror org and ban them on campuses nationwide. These students continue to harass, harm and intimidate Jewish students while supporting Hamas. If you support terrorism, then you are terrorism. This should not be tolerated in the United States of America. There is a stark difference between freedom of speech and terrorism. One definition of terrorism reads: 1. The practice of coercing governments to accede to political demands by committing violence on civilian targets; any similar use of violence to achieve goals. On campuses across the country, and most recently at Brown University, SJP chapters are calling for a divestment from Israel, one of the United States’ most precious allies. Brown University said on Wednesday 10/9/24 that its governing board had rejected a student proposal that called on the school to divest from companies with ties to Israel. Initially, Brown entertained this request as part of a deal to end the encampment. Moreover, any professor or administrator that assists, participates or oversees any of SJP’s activities should be expelled immediately. Another policy under grounds for expulsion should relate to content taught at these higher Ed institutions. A full review of the course catalog should be conducted and if anything is found that promotes antisemitism, the professor should be expelled and course removed immediately.
