Standardisation or safety must not become entry barrier for new players. Patent laws must not become anti-competition.
For Digital Services like Internet Search engine or Traffic /Driving Apps where single large providers make sense, such services can be provided through a “Public Utility Services” like power distribution companies managed by elected representative. IETF can be good example.
