After Spring Forward end Daylight savings time. This will help farmers and help with more sunlight in the evening. There are lots of kids that play sports and the more sunlight the better.

I think it would make more sense to consistently use the standard (correct) time - instead of always pretending it is an hour later than what my sundial insists it is.
