Criminal Prosecution of Pharmaceutical Executives Leadership

This bill will allow for the criminal prosecution of pharmaceutical companies who knowingly hide information regarding the harmful effects their medications can cause. Instead of the companies simply being sued, this will allow anyone who is making the decisions to knowingly hide information about the harmful effects of their medication to be investigated and criminally prosecuted with prison time.
