Create a Department of Liberty or DOL

Create a Department of Liberty or DOL. I believe this country was founded on both Liberty and Justice for all. If this allows us to have a DOJ, than why wouldn’t it call for us to also have a DOL? To me it seems we entrust the Department of Justice with an enormous amount of powers and tasks (investigative, prosecutorial, deadly force) and even on the county level, local prosecutors are claiming to pursue Justice but often times infringe on Liberty to accomplish the task. Look at how many other agencies sprout from the DOJ? If we created a Department of Liberty and used it to check and balance the DOJ, on federal, state and even county levels; what would this organization look like and how would it be organized to protect Liberty against Tyranny in our society? Would this organization protect arms and ammunition production nationwide? Would it protect free speech nation wide and investigate and even pursue charges for violations? Could they be a check on corrupt judges and overzealous prosecutors?
