I agree with much of what your saying but I think courts need to stay out of families lives more. Our country has and wants everything so easy. People need to be more responsible in relationships and marriage. It is not the taxpayers problem. Consider one of my suggestions. I realize yours goes beyond child support as its about legal help. We spend over 6 billion federally on child support enforcement. Why are peoples failed relationships and their children the responsibility of taxpayers? Why can women avoid responsibility and either kill or give up babies in certain states yet pay nothing for the state taking care of the child? Why do men not get a say if a child is being aborted? We all should be asking questions and discussing issues of fairness and responsibility.
