Anyone who accepts government assistance should have to give back to their community in some way. Rare exceptions. Stuff envelopes for the court house, make phone calls for the utility company, pick weeds from city landscaping. There are countless small jobs in every community and nothing in life is for free. Our hard work pays taxes for others in need. There are many jobs these people could do to give back / earn their benefits. I also think there should be a cap on the number of children welfare pays out. Let’s say 3 max.
