Constitutional carry

The second amendment guarantees the right for all people to bear arms. There is nothing that states a permit of any kind is necessary. All licenses are unconstitutional and therefore illegal. No form of government has authority to tell anyone what they can or cannot own, how many of those they can have or how they get them. Government is too big and way out of control and it needs to stop. We are individuals with the ability to make up our own minds and government has no authority otherwise.

I semi-agree with this. The right to bear arms is within our constitution which should be the foundation of our country, I agree. Although, there should be strict background checks looking for drug related problems, suicidal tendencies, violent behavior, etc. should be a much longer process to get a firearm legally. But yes, no licenses or permits, ever.

So I would like to chime in on this. I truly believe that everyone should have the right to bear arms until you abuse that right. Just because someone has a felony shouldn’t disqualify them from owning firearms unless the felony was committed with a firearm. I think that the only time the government should get involved is with automatic weapons. Let’s face it, an AK 47 should only be owned by someone who knows it and respects it. I just don’t like how the government keeps amending the constitution to fit their agenda. Like they say re-read it not rewrite it.

I think “…shall not be infringed.” Is the key phrase. It’s my opinion that every citizen should be entitled to possess all weapons available to infantry and special operations personnel, including DEWs.

One of the smart elected officials should slip a piece of legislation into one of those 1000 page legislation that repeals the 1934, 1968, and 1986 NFAs, somewhere in the middle that no one reads.
