Explicitly define Natural Born Citizenship in the Constitution, as anyone born under the jurisdiction of the United States who has two U.S. citizen parents at the time of birth. Require documentation of Natural Born Citizenship status to be submitted to Congress as a pre-requisite to being placed on a Presidential ballot.
