End foreign influence and money directly and indirectly into US citizen protests

Smaller Non Profits are being funded by larger Non Profits such as Soros Foundation, Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, Clinton Foundation, Ford and Rockefellar, and more. Some of this money goes toward foreign interests and also foreign connected non profits either directly or indirectly. This can be dual citizenship or citizens.
