I DO agree with that. Minors would be able to come to the US legally after the age of 18.

Ban people who cross our border illegally from being able to become legal citizens

The problem that we have is that they will argue they are here legally via the CBP app!

Explanation & Justification

Both proposals are ideas on consequences for illegal immigrants, in regards to any future eligibility to become a legal citizen. The proposal by @ardwendy has more detail and should be the parent proposal.
