Our representatives in government were never intended to financially benefit solely for their governance , rather, governance is a service to and for the people.

It is in the best interest of We The People that the salaries of congressmen and women should reflect the median average of the constituents which they represent.

This will help ensure that congressional leaders will financially benefit if and only if their constituents financially benefit as a result of their governance.

The salaries of Congress and federal employees must be attached to the deficit. Federal salaries are reduced by X depending on the amount of deficit. AND we must end the policy where CONGRESS “investigates” its own for accusations of rape, insider trading, etc.
THAT investigation must be considered and ruled on by an outside board.
