Congress should be held to 1 issue 1 bill, no more sneaking and stacking bail outs for companies or foreign countries.

I completely agree with this. I tried looking up a bill and lets just say, even trying to read it was overwhelming.
They inter-loop so many issues together it is insane.
Your idea needs to be addressed.

Im sick of congress just pillaging the money we need for emergencies or social security. We paid that money in so we should be able to say how or if they spend it.

Each bill must reference the specific part of the constitution that grants the federal government the authority to regulate the subject of the bill.

Only one topic bill should pass at a time, no longer dropping them off before Holidays, vacation when everyone is in season…

They also need to limit congressmen to a term no less than 4 years and no pay once they leave. It’s a job! When the job is over no more pay or health insurance from the we the people.
