Comprehensive list of 2nd Amendment anti-infringment laws and updates

  • Repeal state infringements on 2A, such as: NY Safe Act, AWBs (assault weapon bans) in NJ, Maryland, Connecticut, Illinois, Hawaii, Etc.
  • Ban the term assault weapon to describe common use modern semi-auto sporting rifles with features such as but not limited to: Collapsible or folding stock, Pistol grip, vertical foregrip, barrel shroud or heat shield, detachable or fixed magazines of any capacity, muzzle devices such as or not limited to: muzzle brakes, compensators, flash hiders, flash cans, suppressors, or any other muzzle device that directs muzzle gasses to improve the firearm’s handling.
  • No limit on Magazine capacity, Standard capacity is whatever the magazine size is
  • Allow constitutional carry in all 50 states
  • Repeal the NFA. No tax stamp or restrictions for Short barreled Rifles, Short barreled Shotguns, AOWs (another other weapon), Suppressors, Fully Automatic firearms or destructive devices. This also includes restrictions on moving NFA items across state lines.
  • defund and disband the ATF, create a dedicated federal branch officers that protect the second amendment and investigate gun trafficking cases and serious gun crime when local law enforcement cannot investigate.
  • Create a task force of law enforcement, dedicated to stop violent crime on children in schools, no fewer than 5 officers and 1 Sargent per school, in all schools in the united states and its territories.
  • Repeal the 1986 Hughes Amendment or restrict at least to allow more modern automatics to the roster of available automatic firearms available to civilians.
  • Expand Antique firearms to non-fully automatic firearms manufactured 1945 and before, including those with modern smokeless centerfire and rimfire ammunition with detachable magazines.
  • Allow possession of antique firearms, including expanded definition listed above, to persons convicted of non-violent felonies, including those with modern smokeless powder centerfire or rimfire ammunition.
  • Allow those prohibited from owning firearms such as convicted felons after 10 year period of last offence with a court hearing including paying a fee of $500, and having 3 character witness letters, stating former felon’s reform and changed demeanor.
  • Have programs dedicated to teaching gun safety for all ages and backgrounds.
  • Require a safety program and licensure with fee for destructive devices such as grenades, grenade launchers, explosive ammunition, rockets, rocket launchers, tanks, tank shells, and rifles or modern cannons that it’s ammunition exceeds 20mm.
