Compensation for employees fired during the Covid pandemic for refusing a vaccine

I was personally fired by a hospital for refusing the vaccine which out me in a very tight financial space and I have been struggling ever since. I believe that a financial compensation should be required for people who went through this. Especially those fighting the front lines themselves and taking risks for those that were sick.
