Recently undergoing a colonoscopy I had to create my own organic prep procedures, searching the Internet for guidance, because the facility had none. Upon learning the highest causes for a colon cancer, one of which is sugar, I found it extremely disheartening that the doctors only offer preparation’s that include high doses of sugar or fake sugar, which is also horrible. I did it my way against the grain. I thought the doctors wanted patients that weren’t eating white sugar or white flour or all these horrible ingredients so here I am and to have one of the tests in the medical system I would’ve had to consume things that would’ve made me so sick I wouldn’t have been able to have the test
