All Health, Vision, and Dental Insurance benefits need to provided to all patients in an extremely clear and easy to understand format. There are many hidden benefits and many hidden clauses that confuse providers as well as patients. The game the insurance companies play is to keep everyone confused and obscure all real information so that the benefits are not used or only partially used. This information needs to be provided in a format that is no longer that a one sided 8.5" x 11" page of paper. If there is any confusion, the insurance company will need to explain to both provider and patient the benefits within 24 hours. If the low paid insurance employee is incorrect with thier information, the insurance company will have to abide by what was dictated on the phone.
