.) Secretaries of State (SOS) and County Election Authority (Director of Elections or Board of Elections) should have access to federal data information identifying US citizens by name, address and date of birth. These offices can compare voter rolls against data compiled from Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Internal Revenue Service (IRS), Social Security (SS), E-Verify, US Citizenship and Immigration, or Immigration and Naturalization.
.) If non-citizens are on voter rolls, a report is provided to local sheriff (preferably a Constitutional Sheriff) and/or police for investigation. If investigation determines illegals are on voter rolls, sheriff and/or police work with DHS to deport entire illegal family. Their money and property is confiscated to cover deportation and because our tax dollars were given to illegals without our consent. These illegals will be put on no entry list and never become US citizens.
.) Only US citizens should be able to vote in any election. If you are not a US citizen and are here lawfully, you are a guest. If you are here unlawfully, you are an invader. We do not need non-citizens voting to determine our future.
.) No more voter registration via Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV), Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs) or Electronic Registration Information Center (ERIC). Voter registration should be completed via County Election Authority, Board of Election or SOS office with birth certificate, passport, certificate of citizenship or naturalization as proof of citizenship or they lose federal funding.
.) Voter rolls must be cleaned, maintained and provided free of charge to citizens asking for them for auditing purposes or they lose federal funding.
.) All County Election Authorities, Board of Elections and SOS must ensure Cast Vote Records (CVR) are turned on and provided free of charge to citizens who ask for auditing purposes or they lose federal funding. This is needed until we eliminate election machines and hand count paper ballots.
.) This will help secure elections, reduce crime and return to rule of law.
