I am from Baltimore and have worked in Baltimore City for many years. Most if not all of the black residents in this democrat run city have received a poor education so they can’t get a good paying job, have single mothers (many of their children fathers are in prison), and those fathers that get released do not get the re-entry education they need to help them not go back to prison and to get a decent paying job so they can provide for their family.
Many of these people need job training with daycare, including transportation to/from training\daycare centers because most if not all are broke and can’t afford get to\from the centers.
Job training should not be the only courses offered, personal finance should be a core course for graduation. Graduates of this program can help people get off welfare, section 8, etc.
I am interested in working on this program.
