Citizenship

-We need to get rid of the birthright citizenship. It dicentivizes illegals from coming here because they know if they have children born here they get to stay here.

-If an American citizen(birthright or naturalized) supports terrorist organizations, frequently wishes for/celebrates America/American’s demise, basically hating America, their citizenship can be removed and their ability to vote. No reason why you should have a say in our politics if you hate our country so much. Also if they cannot live peaceably in our country, and constantly disrupts our country with terroristic type of attacks or trying to spread anti American rhetoric, they can be deported to the country of their choice of a list of countries we will have that are willing to accept them.

But if one has already gone thru the process of not only being born here but also having gone through the legal process of citizenship, should be allowed to keep their rights. Especially when the back of the USA is built of the back and hard work of the immigrants that came here in the first place. If this were to be removed the deportation of every citizen would technically be needed…unless they are native Americans…

I do believe that something should be done about it . I just don’t think that the process is the best. The incentive of coming here and giving birth doesn’t guarantee the safety of the parents only the child who was born on the land. The parents still have to go through the process and it’s still very difficult. Having a child gives the incentive when the decision is made of residency and everything else. We as humans know that breaking up families is a basic morality.

Also, we must take account for the jobs that immigrants do… unless other people did the job, but if we think of it, the position wouldn’t have been available. There are contributions that immigrants make when it comes to the economy in more than just labor. Those who are able to find jobs usually do contribute to taxes and social security like the rest of us.

Another thing I want to mention is that if anything with your second statement would cause everyone who does those actions to be sent away. Because again our ancestors no matter what were also immigrants. Making it so the birthright of the people now the same as those who you’re against.

Finally, I do think that you have a point, but it’s a matter of understanding that everyone in this country has received their citizenship through the birthright unless you’re a Native American. If we pass it the way you say it would make it so that any criminal would be banished from the USA, especially when the right to freedom of speech is being corrupted. Like I said there might be a better way to this, but the concept is about the same of what I put on here. Enjoy your day my good fellow, and may the creator of all bless us all
