Citizens of the US should have more control over our tax money going to other countries, especially ones that contradict our values completely. If the constituents of a state disagree with their representatives when they vote to send money overseas, we should have some protection against that, whether it be voting that rep out, or having a referendum to block the funding. Why should my tax money go to foreign countries because congressman in other states say so. We give way too much power to people that are supposed to work for us, and why should it be like pulling teeth the get money for Americans but other countries get our money at the snap of a finger.
