In the spirit of being profamily, I’d like to see a tax credit for businesses that offer childcare assistance or onsite daycare for working parents.

I feel as though office and school/university jobs in particular are where many working moms find themselves daily and not only would they be able to have a better work life balance but this would reduce stress and costs significantly to create and improve workers mentality. This kind of program could also be paired with the EEC or DESE in order to provide work experience for those looking to work in the childcare field.
