Child support = Visitation

As its say’s in the title, child support = visitation.
In many states there is no entity to enforce visitation (whether it be the father or mother). The courts give a piece of paper (visitation orders) and send you on your way. In many situations and many states across the country, if the party with primary custody chooses not to follow the visitation order the courts tell you that the situation is for the Sheriff or Local police and they tell you its the courts situation to handle. The result often is being left in the court process being handed pieces of paper that hold no weight, wondering when the next time you will see your child. For some it is years, for others never.Yet on the other hand, if you are ordered to pay child support and cant pay the full amount or refuse to pay the full amount with seeing your child, one trip back to the court house can result in garnished wages, subjugated bank, a suspended driver’s license, etc.

This is not about reducing or removing child support, this is about enforcing visitation. Should a parent be required to pay child support Family Court in any state, unless there is undeniable evidence of abuse or domestic violence then visitation should be backed and enforced by both the court and law in every state and every count. Further more accusations of DV and abuse should be investigated before a parent loses custody of their child, (unless imminent danger or undeniable evidence is present) someone going in a writing a report should not be enough to immediately alter the relationship with a parent a child. People lie, we have seen it countless times before and recents times more of the injustice in the Family Court System and (court systems around the country) are being brought to light.
If your are being ordered to pay child support, it should come with guaranteed visitation unless deemed as a danger to the child by the court with sufficient evidence (other then the word of the other party).
Too many parents (Majority fathers) have been ordered to pay child support receiving garnished wages and subjugated bank accounts and do not get the opportunity to see the child or children.

Visitation needs to be backed by the Courts and enforced by Law Enforcement.
