Need to understand the effect chemtrails have on the efficiency of solar panels. Why are we investing in solar while trying to block the sun?

If private companies are paying for this “solar radiation management” as they call it, then someone should do a class action lawsuit representing everyone who owns solar panels. After all, what right does anyone have to block the sun that another is depending on? Unfortunately, I think the government is paying for it. It must cost a fortune in pilots salaries and fuel to do this all over the country.
