CEO Salary Cap - Remove trickle down economics

For far too long, companies of these United States have taken advantage of the working class citizens. The make record profits only to appease their share holders and like their own pockets. While the working class citizens make just enough to get by, or even worse, not enough to live. In recent light of mismanagement of Federal Government spending, it is now time to set a new standard of being allowed to conduct business in these United States. If you are lucky enough to run a successful business in this country, you must now be REQUIRED as executive level employees to only make a certain percentage of any type of income or added benefit to themselves in comparison to the lowest paid employee. Either that, or take away their tax breaks and give the money back to the people that way. This should also be applied in such a way that any organization that receives tax breaks from local, state, or federal or any other incentives that benefit them, must be required to be transparent with 100% of their budget, where the money is going, and the purpose.
