We the people spend a lot of money on an annual basis and in the past 4 years we have seen the American people dig themselves into a deeper and deeper hole. I would propose that creditors have a limit on how high they can go on APR so when we get into a hard spot it doesn’t feel impossible to climb out of that hole.
