Cap interest on student loans

Cap the interest on student loans, both private and federal. The interest rates are too high, making it extremely difficult to pay them back as you end up paying nearly double of what you borrowed. This is not saying to forgive them but even a cap at 4% would help so many hard working Americans pay their loans off sooner while allowing them to also afford life.
