As the title states, I always see new construction which consists of overpriced luxury apartments or townhomes. New houses that are built are neighborhoods that starting price is 300k+ that I feel most couples in their 20s- early 30s can’t afford or be approved for a loan. I believe the country would thrive with new affordable, STARTER housing.
