There’s never been a budget that can’t be trimmed; the Federal Budget certainly doesn’t fit that category. President Trump, on day one, should sign an executive order requiring all federal agencies to immediately reduce their budgets by 3 percent, and an additional 2 percent next year. What’s 5 percent of 6.2 trillion? A whole lot.
