Bring call center jobs back to the US. most times when Americans call a service provider whether it be credit, financial, utility OR tech support. it’s overseas and it’s normally a person with a heavy accent that is in a crowded room full of other people and it’s very difficult to understand them and very difficult to be understood. the cultures clash. Americans need to speak to other Americans about their issues. a lot of times this is an open invitation for financial crimes Miss use of information and identity theft. as these issues are very rampant and can be linked to the uptick of overseas call centers and bad actors as well as fosters in other countries. it’s best if we reserve these jobs for people who may be on welfare, food stamps, people who are on fixed incomes ,veterans, disabled persons, social security recipients or entry level youth summer program jobs. this can be a ticket to work and allow for these persons to maintain some sort of dignified employment. even if on a reduced salary of sorts these are good jobs that could go to Americans and help strengthen our own economy as well as allowing for serving of the people.
