We need the recognition and development of a diagnosis code and treatment protocol, under insurance, for breast implant illness for the women who were deceived and medically impacted by their implants.

Yes! And to please expose how many women get sick from them. No more protecting the plastic surgeons and manufacturers from doing harm. Do more research on the links between autoimmune diseases, immune & mast cell diseases, and cancer from breast implants. Recognize women are being harmed and not given proper informed consent on acquiring systemic diseases from breast implants. Recognize silicone can microscopically leach out of implants without rupture. Recognize silicone is hormone disrupting and contributes to chronic inflammation. Publish the data on the scandal of the silicone breast implants from the 1960-1990s and make all consenting women aware of the harms they caused. Inform women why they were removed from the market in the 1990s - severe immune toxicity reactions and neurological disorders. This is a true scandal where hundreds of thousands if not millions of women are negatively affected by this elective surgery. If women were properly informed, the breast implant industry would be disintegrated.
