Stupid people should be prevented from submitting anything that doesn’t have to do with the operation of the federal government. Any other stupid, liberal ideas should be left to the states to decide on what should be important for their individual state. Studying school lunch content, animal health, where your trash bins can be located on your property, or the hours of operation for a liquor store has NO place in the halls of the Federal government!! Fire all 85000 newly hired IRS numbskulls, abolish all 3 letter government agencies, and hold tribunals with treason charges for every dem and RINO that allowed our country to be invaded!!! Public hangings!!

School lunch content and animal health very much fall into the federal government’s purview Chevron difference is great and all but we’ve got a long ways to go with that and currently the federal government is all up in Farmer’s businesses, they are all up in the business of animal health. I do agree it is a states rights issue but it’s going to be a little while before we get them completely out of our states.
I’ll stand with and behind anyone fighting for states rights any day of the week.
